Overview
Garlic idli powder can be made very easily using the ingredients available in our home. Eating garlic helps improve digestion, increase immunity, and relieve menstrual issues, among many other benefits. Most people do not prefer to eat raw garlic. But, if this powder is prepared and served with idli or dosa, everyone will enjoy it. They will eat it.
Ingredients
Garlic – 8
Dried red chili – 15
Rock salt – required quantity
Cooking Method
1. Remove the chili stalks.
2. Add the dried chilies and salt, and grind well in a mixer.
3. Add the garlic (without peeling) into the mixer and grind for another round.
4. Store the mixture in a glass bottle. This can be used for several days.
Note: Both children and adults can enjoy this powder with idli or dosa, drizzled with groundnut oil.
